A Land Area Certificate is an important document when transacting land where there is some discrepancy as to the actual size of the property. The Land Area Certificate is an official document prepared by an Ontario Land Surveyor that is relied upon by lenders, lawyers and other professionals in the land industry.
We will prepare an official Land Area Certificate for any property in Ontario. The area calculations are performed using an existing survey of the property (which you must provide below). The certificate will be signed and dated by an Ontario Land Surveyor.
